BE A CHAMPIONS PLACE VAN DRIVER

As a van driver, you will help the Champions Place residents get to their full/part time jobs, to individual and group volunteer opportunities, to social events, and to local grocery or discount stores. More importantly, you will get to know these young adults as they experience great growth and change in their lives because of Champions Place.

We hope to have a team of 10-12 volunteer drivers, so you can schedule to drive when its convenient for you. It would be most helpful if you could plan to drive 3-4 hours a day, once every week or two.
Our Ford Transit passenger van with lift gate seats 3 able-bodied riders, three riders secured in wheelchairs, and a driver. We will help you feel comfortable driving the van and train you on the wheelchair securement system.
To be a van driver, you must have a Georgia license and a good driving record.
